How we work

A system.
Not a retainer.

Here's how Enginekick runs your account: as a system, not a retainer. We turned a decade of in-house operator experience into our own tools and multi-step workflows that run the playbook with senior judgment, on the hook for revenue. Most agencies sell you a strategist, then staff the work with juniors and a single AI prompt, we don't.

[ ONE SYSTEM, NOT AD-HOC WORK ]

You're onboarded into a system, not a retainer.

Your playbook, brand voice, product docs and target keywords live in one place. Before any work happens, the system reads them, so nothing gets improvised and you never re-explain your business.

One source of truth

Your process, voice and product, encoded once. Every task starts from it, not from a blank prompt.

Tools wired in

Visibility tracking and the site auditor run as governed steps in the workflow, with their inputs checked before they run.

You approve

The system plans and drafts the work. Nothing irreversible ships without your sign-off. Approval is yours, always.

[ NO SINGLE PROMPTS ]

Every piece runs a
gated workflow.

We don't single-prompt anything. One article moves through a dozen enforced steps, research first, each one driven by a skill that encodes how we'd do it by hand. Skip nothing, ship nothing half-checked.

Inside one article

research → first draft → word & phrase pass → headings pass → format pass → source & citation check → product-led pass → internal links → visuals → FAQ → title & meta → CTA

Research that leaves no stone unturned

We pull every study, PDF and competitor outline on the topic, then verify product facts at the official source, not a stale listicle.

Anti-slop by default

A dedicated pass strips the tell-tale AI words and the formulaic openings models fall back on. It reads like a person wrote it.

Every claim sourced

We verify each stat and link the real study. Anything we can't stand behind comes out, because roughly a third of AI citations are dead or fabricated.

[ NO JUNIORS ]

Senior judgment, on the hook.

You work with the operator who moved 8-figure ARR and made a brand the most-cited in its category, not a junior reading a playbook for the first time. The system does the heavy lifting, so the senior time goes where it matters: strategy, judgment, and the calls a model can't make.

[ STRAIGHT ANSWERS ]

How does the working relationship run?

What happens during kickoff?
We collect your product and positioning documents, brand voice, goals, existing search data and the buyer questions that matter most. From there we build the initial Answer Map, establish the visibility baseline and agree on the first priorities before execution begins.
What do you need from our team?
At the start, we need access to the documents, data and systems required by the agreed scope, plus a point person who can answer product questions and approve important decisions. Once that foundation is in place, your involvement is concentrated around expertise, decisions and sign-off rather than project management.
How are priorities and scope decided?
The Answer Map, technical audit and pipeline priorities determine the work. We focus first on the prompts, pages and source gaps closest to a buying decision, agree the scope with you, and revisit priorities when the evidence shows a better opportunity.
What requires our approval before it goes live?
You approve major messaging, public claims, new content and irreversible site changes. The system prepares the work and brings decisions to you with the context needed to review them; nothing material is published simply because an automated workflow produced it.
How will we communicate and report progress?
You get a clear view of work in progress, decisions that need attention and the results that matter: citation share, revenue-keyword movement, qualified conversions and pipeline where attribution is available. We agree the working and review cadence during onboarding so reporting fits your team.
Who actually does the work, and how is AI used?
You work with the senior operator who sets the strategy and reviews the output, not a junior handed the account after the pitch. AI runs governed, multi-step workflows for research, drafting and quality checks; human judgment approves the claims, priorities and final work before it ships.
